Purposes and legal bases

• Handling inquiries and questions sent by form, e-mail or phone. Legal basis: negotiation of a contract and the legitimate interest in answering a message, Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR.
• Performance of contracts and compliance with accounting and tax obligations. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR.
• Optional cookies, if the website starts using them in the future. Legal basis: consent, Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.

Recipients

• The website hosting provider and the e-mail service provider.
• ENZA GROUP a.s., Company ID 28602862, as a processor for bookkeeping.

Retention period

• Data of contractual partners: 10 years from the end of the year in which the relationship ended.
